It works fine. It does a nice job of presenting you with all the information you need if you need additional understanding about how leases are actually done (i.e. the math). If however, you comfortable with the math, the only piece that you need is the residual values. You can work out a spreadsheet for the rest of the details. My understandings is that there are two separate entities that provide residual values. This is a big portion of the quarterly upgrades that are provided along with additions/subtractions to a manufactures car line.
Anyway the site http://www.carwizard.com often has the residual values. However, updates are sometimes slow. As April said, there is other software. The residual values are the meat of what you need. Just depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
