Looks like AoA is moving in the right direction.
Just looked over TSB 00-00-07 that deals with AoA's efforts to assure that newly delivered cars are spiff. Before anyone says they could do more, I think it shows recognition of an issue related to customer satisfaction and a reasonable attempt to deal with one aspect universally throughout its dealer network.
