More misfortune!!!
I can't believe it. Just when I get use to my distorted wind shield, McKenna Audi crack my windshield after they scratch my car! All this happened only because I went there for a 16k maintanence. Maybe by next week, I will have a whole new car.

Talk about coincidence . . .
I took my car in last week and it was returned with a nice DEEP 1 1/2" scratch on the hood. My wheel was also scratched although they deny that damage. Weird. Maybe it's some form of protest by the service tech's.
I called AoA and opened a log file and have asked that due to this and several other blunders, malfunctions, and screw up's that the dealer buy my car back. I like Audi cars and I like the 2.7T, it's just that service keeps triggering more and more problems.
Good luck and make sure you get everyone involved so that nothing falls to the cracks.
