Navigation problems - need Navi-C cd

I am 2 months into a used '01 A6 4.2. I just tried using the navigation system. Got the familiar "Check CD-Rom". I checked the archives. Looks like I have a revision issue. VW dealer that sold me the car (out of state) gave me Navi-D. I live in CO. I plan to call Prestige and Stammler to see if they will exchange. Anyone feel like burning at least the region 2 cd for me?
