Default Need feedback on door trim?
Question to all you savy 2.7T A6'ers. What would look better on my ride? Allroad brush alu door trim or standard 4.2/S6 door trim painted. Car color is Ebony Pearl (metallic black).
Just an FYI I will be installing a set of Brushed alu (matt) side mirrors on the car in the spring.

Default Personally, I like the painted trim much better than brushed on dark cars.
UInless you have other 'brushed' accents, it might look a little silly.

Default If your car was lighter, I'd say go for the allroad trim. Darker - go for the S6 trim.
You could probably leave them black since you're Ebony Pearl.

Default Big difference in cost...
S6 door blades around $250+, allroad for $750+. I got mine used for $375.

Default I say got for allroad trim, they look great on black cars...

Default They look great on black Allroads, with the roof rails etc...
on an all black sedan, they might stand out too much..
