Default NEW REAR BRAKES??? RECOMMENDATIONS

My mechanic told me I need new brakes and rotors because the other mechanic put in the wrong pads. I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation on what brand I should go with. Brembo for the disks and pbr's for the pads totaled under a $100. Help please!

You should DIY this time. No need to pay someone to do such an easy repair.

Default I just replaced all my rotors and pads last night. About 2.5/3 hours w/lift.

I went w/the ECS (ATE) slotted rotors and EBC Red-Stuff pads. A former AW'er gave me the rear rotors, so I just bought the fronts to match. He also gave me a set of PBR rear pads that I opted not to use. I have EBS green's of our VR6 Jetta and they grab and hold like nobody's business. If you want the PBR's shoot me an e-mail. Maybe your local??

Default Link inside to very reasonable prices on your brakes>>>

I got mine recently [6 weeks ago] for about $30.-. I didn't need to r/r the rotors, however they have lots of them. their prices are very competative, ususally lower than most by enough to make me want to get parts from them. [I hate to admit it, however I'm the biggest cheapskate I know...] Shipping is very prompt, and if the order is over $50.- it's free.

Doing a search here on-forum will give you the info as to which manufacturer to choose.<ul><li><a href="http://www.autohausaz.com/audi-auto-parts/index.html">autohauzaz.com</a></li></ul>
