Default OBD2 code question

2002 A6 2.7T (chipped)

Check Engine light on. Code is P0021 Generic Intake camshaft position timing over advanced (Bank 2)

Anyone have experience with this?

What is the nature of the fix I will need to do?

Many Thanks,
Warren Hansen

VAG-COM will give you more info.
Has any work been done to the car recently?

Usually that's a "somebody put the timing chain on wrong" code.

No recent work. Last was oil change and routine service about 5,000 miles ago. Timing belt was replaced about 15,000 miles ago. There has been no change in performance coinciding with the check engine light.

Where do I find VAG-COM?

Thanks for your reply,
