Ok, it's official, floorjacks are the ONLY way to go!
Easily cut my wheel changing time from 45-60 minutes down to less than 30 by using a real 2 1/2 ton rolling floor jack instead of my ill-conceived use of stationary hydraulic jacks (one bottle, one scissor)...they basically suck, the bottle is too tall to get under without already having the chassis lifted an inch or so, and the scissor is crap, leaking hydraulic fluid everywhere. The new floor jack is king!
Now I gotta go drive these new wheels and tires around to see if the vibration is gone...
What a dumbass waiting this long to get a floorjack!

You forgot to mention one other vital piece of equipment necessary for wheel changes

And this will cut the time in half again

And before you jump all over me for torquing with an air wrench. On its low setting, this wrench will install the wheel lugs with 10 to 20 foot-pounds. Following that with a quick round of the torque wrench and you're there.
If you do a bunch of track events (with a separate set of wheels) or have a bunch of cars, (or both) its the only way to fly.
