Paging Desmojuice (kam1996), I've got your solution to your rear seats right here!!!
...the two vs. three rear seatbelt thing is the reason the sport seats have no airbag connector in the rear seat back. There is no shoulder belt in the 4.2 "hump" style rear seats, but a simple lap belt.
All you need to do is to recode your car for the two rear belt tensioners and you should be all set. I've posted the airbag codes for VAG COM in your other thread (linked below), but figured I would reach out here in case you did not refer to your earlier thread.

...your previous thread.

THANKS BD!! Once I recode, do I still need to "jump" the missing connector?
And from your post its seems that I need to go from a 00307 to a 00205 (Two rear seat belt tensioners)..

I do not think the jumper is necessary. Do you have side curtain airbags? If so...
...you need 00305. Look above your B-pillar and you should see a small airbag label. If not, the yes, 00205. That is the only difference between those two codes (both are for two rear seatbelt tensioners).

Yes I do have side curtain airbags. Guess all I need is access to VAG and I am good to go
