Default This part makes a clicking sound. What is it?
1999 2.8

This piece is above and to the rear of the air filter box.

Fuel evap solenoid. It's supposed to click frequently. It lets the engine pull fuel vapors from the fuel tank, so they aren't simply released into the atmosphere.
