It looks like the C is the same as B, but with an additional piece of hard plastic hose. You could always swap the hose from your old valve to the new one. I find that a heat gun will soften the plastic enough to allow the plastic hose to be removed and installed.

Thanks, I'll try that. Got one more question

The idle on my car is not running even, hence I'm gonna switch out the PCV valve and see if it helps. It's not too bad but still.

When I lift up the oil lid when my car is running idle, the idle changes and is running even worse and the car sounds like it's about to die but it doesn't. And the RPM goes up and down between a small range. Then I put the oil lid back on and it stops. That should indicate that there's something wrong with the PCV valve no? Also when I open the oil lid it makes a pressure/air sound

I've now changed the PCV valve and the idle is now normal. I used a heat gun so it was easy to remove and install the hose. Thanks for the suggestion
