18K ABS Module-electrical not engine-
30K miles Turbo Lady..driver's was toast.
38K ABS Module again -electrical not engine-
44K Rear and front cam Seals leaking passenger side.
51K Oil Retun Line seals leaked..gushed.. from Turbos....probably poor install of turbos at 30K

As engines go.. the 2.7T is one tough and well built engine. Its the stuff outside or connected to the engines that have the probelms.

-15K: Starter motor was shot: replaced under warranty
-40K: Water pump: Replaced under warranty (had the dealer replace timebelt and related parts and cam shaft seals.

I have 76K now...and have had no issues...the engine runs strong.

I have an extended warranty that covers me until 100K or March 2007...see my sig.

Of course, you need to be on top of all the scheduled maintenance.

No engine problems on either of the 2.8's....excluding leaks (cam seals, cam adjuster seals, valve cover gasket).

Too much power.. and my speed limiter doesn't seem to stop the car from going over 130mph.
