Porsche Cayenne at the Ira Audi porsche Dealer
While waiting to get my car serviced (side mirror control **** broke, engine warning light is on and so I need a new catalitic converter and maybe more?? ... I will need to wait one week to get it ordered from Germany) ... the dealer had their first deliveries of the turbo version of the Cayenne. While the car looks a lot better in person, and the quality and looks of the interior are, in my opinion, better than other Porsches I've seen, I would still opt for the Touareg or a Pikes Peak. For that amount of money (Cayenne) I would not buy an SUV with limited cargo space (also in the X5).

Today was the Cayenne coming out party at dealerships nationwide.
I drove extensively today in an X5 (6-cylinder) and then jumped back into the S6.
The Avant has much more useable space (passenger and storage) and is altogether a nicer place to be. One thing though...I liked the smoothness of the BMW transmission, no clunking whatsoever as compared to the A6. Audi transmissions seem a bit unrefined.
