Default Project - "Front End" .... Day 9 - 19:40 (BWW)

Well, it is my 9th day with my car up on stands. I have spent 4 days (couple free hours each day) working on it and 5 days being intermitantly swamped with classes and violently ill compliments of this wonderful Chicagoland weather.

I have removed pretty much every extraneous peice in the engine compartment and worked up anround and through the wells to get her as clean and light under the hood as possible (6 years grease and grime really does a number). I hope to find a few more mods, but for now all I got done was my rear license plate properly affixed as the nuts had fallen behind the plasic cover long ago and was only being held on by double sided tape. I also installed the convex mirror I purchased to replace the heavily corroded one. It looks quite nice and came compliments of USPS and Paul W today. I, of course, am doing a brake upgrade as the diea of safe and strong stopping excites me!
I do not have much else to say at this point besides I found a third party picture poster and I hope they can keep these up. The pictures pretty much speak for themselves. I am taking care of the CV boot as I finally (hopefully) have all the right tools (Edd W, that "Spline bit" is not very popular in the states, so much so that I could only find 3 makers of the "3 squared" bit)

We have a fairly respectable collection of tools however most of the hand operated ones are not metric so several Home Depot trips have been in order. For now I will have to put up with the Chevy Blazer and its aweful braking and handling but pleasant power. Without further delay, here are the snapshots.

Default Why does everyone refuse to host? I can see them, can anyone else?

I hope someone told me because if 40 people viewed x's without saying something ..... well that would be very unlike this forum , or would it?

My gallery is full and I would hate to ruin the backlogs for those "searchers" out there.
