Trying to search for injectors to solve a misfire issue. There are too many choices.

I want to install new factory/stock version injectors unless there has been a better aftermarket choice. Your suggestions are welcomed!!

1998 A6 Quattro 2.8L 5 Valve (30 valve)

I will also be doing the propane vacuum test to see if it maybe is time to replace the intake manifold gasket or vacuum lines.

Also going to change the fuel filter but see there could have been 2 versions so I'll have to wait till I can get it on the lift to see what is installed.

Original should be fine if the engine is stock. Check Blauparts.com, AutohausAZ.com, and other after-market sources. They should have OEM and other manufacturers available.

You might consider having the injectors rebuilt and flow tested. I have used witchhunter.com with great success.
