Default Put the tires with more meat on the front or rear?

I just got some tires CHEAP to last me the rest of the summer and 2 of them have about 95% remaining and 2 of them have about 80% tread remaining.. I know I should have all 4 be exactly the same but I dont have any more $$$$ for tires.. Anyway.. Which ones should I put on the front and which ones on the rear?
Thanks for your input and advice.
One guy was like throw the ones with more meat on in the rear its a RWD car and I was like Uh... I told you 8 times its AWD... So. I value th eopinion of this forum more so then the shop my friend works in. THanks again.

Default Proof that just because someone works in a shop..

..does not automatically mean they have the proper knowledge for the job they do.

Rear. Rears will hydroplane first and oversteer is harder to control.

Default Donp is correct. Rear, front or AWD is irrelevant. Put them in the rear...
