Default Question about smoked tail lights....

If I want to blacken my tail lights, do I have to buy a brand new pair of smoked tail lights, or can I just get my tail lights tinted somehow?

Default There are a couple of options: you can buy smoked's, spray your stock lights (or have..

a shop do it for you,) or you can buy a pre-cut tint kit for your tails' (check eBay) My 0.2

Default What I did

First, isn't .2 = .20, making it your twenty cents? lol, anyways... I bought a new pair of hella smoked tails for a few reasons. 1) I can use stock in winter and smoked in summer, 2) You can install them yourself, and 3) If I ever decide to sell/trade-in the car or just the lights, I can put the OEM ones back in, and resell the smoked set. They also look better IMO than having your regular ones smoked.

Default Still looking good. I was worried about the winter but no issues.

I think I put 4 coats of Rejex on them in the fall.
