Default Question: Is the G85 Steering angle sensor part of the clock spring...?

Any at Ross-tech said mine may be fried. I hope it's not part of the CS...it's brand new!

Thx.

Default If you replaced the CS the G85 has to be calibrated. <or..I was thinking..>

The steering wheel could be off by a tiny amount.... I just had an issue w/ my sensor & stumbled across a few things in the AW archives. CS replacement & re-calibration stuff, I was looking for the G85 as well but my issue was alignment related.

Found it!

http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/cars/steeringangle.html</a
