Question on transmission fluid in 2005 A6
I just finished changing out the transmission fluid in my 2004 Passat.
Was very dark at 35K files.
I want to do the same for my 2005 Audi A6-3.2L Quattro with 37K miles.
I got the filter, gasket, drain plug etc. but the dealer says that the car takes either yellow or blue fluid.
The transmission says 6HP-19, HLK
some of the numbers on it are:
0048342
1071 040 021.
The ZF part# is S671 090 255- for 1 litre of ZF fluid for this transmission as per their website.
The dealer wants $44.71 for the blue per liter.
Any place I can get this fluid cheaper? May be it takes 5 or more quarts?
