I think I am confused about the S6 door trim and the All-Road door trim. Are they the same or different? It appears the AR door trim comes painted silver. The S6 trim is black. At least this is what I am seeing from pictures and the A6 FAQs. Am I right so far? They look similar to me. I haven't decided yet if I want black trim or silver; to match the car. I have the part numbers for the S6 trim and the price isn't bad, which is under $200. How much is the AR trim, if different? Thanks for the info.

The AR is aluminum and costs about twice the price of the S6. Check with ClairParts.

Allroad trim is actuall Aluminum. It costs twice as much and weighs twice as much as S6 trim.
