Removed sunroof windscreen today

I removed my sunroof windscreen (sunshade)today.
I was praying that there were not any scratches under it. No such luck
The scratches look like its just the clearcoat and I tried to get them out using clearcoat safe paint cleaner. It removed the really light scratches but left the deeper ones. Any ideas on what I can do. I really like the look of my A6 without it. Here is a older picture of the car so you all can see the windscreen.

I don't think this is a great idea. You will now have the sun beating down on your leather interior permanently, and this will have consequences in time.

I believe he is talking about the "bugshield" type windscreen
some people put in front of the sunroof on the EXTERIOR of the car...
My wife's last Suby (2.5GT) came with one installed.
