Sweet!!..one question.....
are the inlet and outlet diameter of the intercoolers larger or the same as the stock IC's. Do you know how much boost you will be running yet?
And you should use the RS6 wheel liners, will help avoid any heat soak of the IC's. Keep us posted.

guess my question is...Has anyone ever NEEDED to uprgade the ic's.
I have K04/16s, w/RS4 eveything else, AWE fueling,MAF,downpipes,cats,headers,2.5" straight pipes,GIAC chip/management,blahblahblah, we all know the rest...Eveyone tells me no reason for the IC's, or I would have bought AWE's. I have the rs4's now but I haven't had any reason to swap, or the need to pull off my front end again.
