Unfortunately not. They say they are waiting for results from some testing in Germany. I dont understand. I might just have a bad set. I still love the results as far as the handling is concerned. But my car was lowered almost 2" and it should have been 1.4".

Thanks for the update. I look forward to reading about your resolution. I bot the ProKit springs based on multiple assurances that they were exactly the same as the optional Audi 30mm lowering springs. I haven't been able to get consistent measurements, ie, 25.25-25.5 on front, 25.5-26.0 on rear? Mostly concerned about add'l settling. Going to add a Post to jb2.7t re; 8/18 stmt on "Eibach's for the 2.7T".

Do you have mudflaps on your car? I do and they constantly bottom out. I was told that Audi prefers to measure from the center cap to the tip of the wheel well in the center. Mine measured 14.5 ". From the ground, I was 25" in front and 25 1/4" in the rear.

No mud flaps. No bottoming, but occas. scrape with front valance. Measured again on various surfaces first using a bubble level at front and rear. Never got both ends equally balanced at same time. Mostly got 25.5 in front and 25.75-26.0 in rear. Measuring from the "center of" the center cap to the lip of the wheel well was 13.75 except for the left rear which was closer to 25.75 & 13-5/8. QUESTION - if yours is 14.5, your either measuring diff or you s/b riding higher not lower. Right? Also, a later post by Pete RD shows all his rear measurements being less (lower) than front. Really strange in that my rear was and still is higher. It would appear to be the same situation with you. Thanks for the dialogue and pls get back to me re; your 14.5" measurment.

When I had talked to Boris at Eibach a few months back, he said Germany had shipped the wrong springs, I'm old and tend to forget or misquote things but I believe they were springs for a 2.8 A6. That was one of the reasons there was a big delay a month or two ago of 2.7T springs. Could it be you got these other springs? I will check further

Default 2.8 A6 vrs 2.7T A6...

since the Audi accessory catalog has the same parts # listed for BOTH cars, how does anyone tell the difference?
Also, Ming, didn't you settle the question as to the relationship between the Audi/Eibach springs and the Eibach Pro springs? Are they different? Is everyone talking about the same springs? Like you, I'm old and tend to forget...at least it's a good excuse.
The listed curb weights of the 2.8 A6 and the 2.7T A6 are very close (if the 2.7T is the 6-speed).<p>Peter R Dieckerhoff

If I remember there was no difference between the Audi/Eibach and Pro Kit. My springs came in a Pro Kit box. I will dig up the old email from Boris on this. The Audi/Eibach springs are a different name I just don't remember. will check.

No difference between the Eibach Pro Kit and Audi/Eibach (Votex)springs.
This is from Boris at Eibach.

The Votex and Eibach Pro Kit springs are the same and there is no change in design and spring rate. The only difference is that the Votex parts are approved from the factory and to be sold through their dealer network.

Votex is for Audi like AMG is for
Mercedes, an in House approved tuning service that approves all aftermarket
parts. We used to deliver them in different boxes however due to better
logistic solutions we now deliver them in our own Pro Kit Boxes.
