holy sh*t, must go to dealer and look at RS6 ;)
That was probably Fred Baker he always plays with the demo when they get them in, either that or the first customer who bought one. Baker is the only one in the area trained to work on the RS6.

IMO Baker's service department sucks. However I will say that my experience with them has been limited to my 911's service in the past, tried them 3 times and I'll never go back. Since 1997 I have been a dedicated Stoddard customer. They have some of the best Porsche techs I have ever delt with or heard about for that matter in Porsche circles. Never had any Audi work done at Baker so perhaps it's different. Buy from Freddie for the best deal and have it serviced at Stoddard. My $.02
