Service dept. at Niello in Sacramento. Good, fair, or poor?

Service dept. at Niello in Sacramento. Good, fair, or poor?
A tech. who treated me well at Lasher moved to Niello. Overall, service at Lasher has been only fair, except for this guy going the extra mile. Any thoughts?
