So, I found oil in the sparkplugs

Yesterday When I was replacing my sparkplugs, two of the sparkplugs where soaked in oil.

What do you guys think causing this?

Can you guys give me any pointers to what to look for?

Leaking valve cover gasket. Replace both sides. Consider doing cam adjuster seals at the same time
