So after parking my car in shopping center yesterday I came back after about an hour and noticed something "wrong"...well for the 2nd time in 2 years someone stole the front fog light grilles!

So before I try the eBay route or dealer, I wanted to know if someone on this forum has any C5 parts and a set of grilles?

BTW, I've heard that the part number for the one's on eBay don't work for US model C5's, can somone confirm?

those parts are all the same, just make sure you get your year as i ehard the 02+ ar slightly different

Since there are 2 people out there who've taken mine The last time I got replacements I can't recall exactly what I paid, but when I called the dealer I remeber iterating the phrase "WTF, it's a piece of plastic!, not gold!"

I had both mine stolen a couple years ago. Ended up buying some off ebay with broken tabs to save myself the dealer costs. The new tabs I plasti-welded on make then MUCH more difficult to remove.

So I just got off the phone with the dealer and they are stating that the grille is $75 PER! That means $150+ tax for both...even the guy in the parts dept felt embarrassed that these cost their weight in gold.

Does anyone have suggestions on what else I could do? Anyone have a diy project on creating your own lol

If you do find a set I would set-up a light gauge steel retention cable from the grill to a bolt or screw near the bumper inside with enough length to snap it in, make someone work for it. Just a thought.
