something ELSE wrong now...DTC Code

"Check Engine" came on later today. This, after a $2100 estimate on other repairs from dealer.
So, I plugged in my handy "scantool.net" OBDII tool and got the following code -
C-R-A-P I don't believe this...I wrote the code in a text note in Outlook, had to close Outlook, and the note is GONE. Of course, I cleared the DTC from the computer first.
I THINK it was somthing like "1346 - Fan Control Circuit Something or Another...."
Anyone have a book?

P1136 = Code 17544 "System Too Lean"
Searched a number of Audi World posts about P1136 and found that it didn't have anything to do with a fan at all. Most of the posts pointed to a potentially failed MAF sensor.
What is a MAF sensor?
This would make more sense, as it feels like my Audi has been running a bit "off" lately and the IDLE is at only 700 RPM, which feels a little lean.

Mass Air Flow sensors are common failure and can cause operational problems
Pretty sure my 2.7 idles close to 700 or so.
You may be able to get a MAF reman'd at ECStuning. Have to check part numbers from yours.
