Default Squeaking vent on top of dash...also xenon question

Does anybody else get this in their A6? It's the vent on top of the dash for defrosting. I noticed it squeaks really loud on all road imperfections. If you apply light pressure, the squeaking stops. Has anybody else encountered and fixed this problem without having the dealer service center provide assistance?

Also, my passenger front xenon seems to be malfunctioning. When the car is started and sitting in "Park", the xenon starts out at low adjustment (pointing about 5 feet in front of the car), then it will adjust UP to equal height of the driver side light. And then when I put the car into drive, the passenger side xenon drops back down and aims to about 5 feet in front of the car. Is it broke? Any thoughts? Thanks all.

Default I have had luck with teflon based spray lube on the plastic bits

I too have the same problem with my S6, but only when it is cold out.
Is your car still under factory warranty?

you can find graphite at a parts store all it is a non greasy lube that is like a pencil lead and it will make it so that sqeak goes away. trust me on this one its worth a shot and its only like $2
