Just driving, or a hill-climb? Either way, good luck!

Default I hope your car isn't lowered. There are some sections that are pretty nasty...

At least they were last year when I did it in a rental car

I hope you get good weather. Have fun

Default Well, it didn't turn out so great.....

Took the 3-hour trip there with my girlfriend, got to the base and the summit was closed due to weather conditions...

120 MPH winds
16 degrees (a wind chill of god knows what)
2-3 foot snow drifts.

Amazing how drastically the weather changes up there. I checked the website before I left and all was good but by the time I made it there the weather got nasty.

Oh well I guess I'll have to do it next season. However, this winter some friends and I are planning on hiking up Tuckerman's Rivine and snowboarding down it. That should be a pretty cool experience.

Here are some crappy pics I took from the trip...

Default I read that Mt. Washington holds a number of records for the worst weather in the world.

Including, most amount of wind in 24 hours.
