That's a 4.2/S6 grille. Won't fit a V6 model, even after facelift if I'm not mistaken. You should...
try LLTEK, Achtuning, etc. for a grille. There are plenty on eBay, but they usually don't have the rings. I suppose you could also buy one, and mount the rings yourself (if you like doing custom stuff that is...)
