Tonight sucked...
Whacked something in the road (no idea what) and got a flat.
Pulled over in the pitch black, freezing cold, (about 5 deg.) snowy, icey, mess in the middle of the woods here in NH.
Changed tire.
Got inside the car and the f***ing battery is dead.
I call my friend to come jump-start me - he gets all the way there and it wont jump.
Called a tow truck and the driver broke out the charge pack and it fired up on the first crank.
I have an extra tire (Wintersport M3) that's been collecting dust in my garage for over a year. My spare had a Kuhmo Ecsta on it, so my car is rolling on 3 Wintersport M3's and one Kuhmo. My Wintersport M3's have about 30k on them and the spare in my garage is brand new.
So here's my question for you guys...Will it be OK to have one brand new M3 with fresh tread and 3 M3's with 30k on them??
I'll post pics of the difference in tread depth tomorrow, but I'll tell you now it's pretty significant...
