Default Took the day off yesterday, many sightings and kill stories, including a new C6 A6...

Took the day off and headed out on the highway as I was awakened to an Ultrasport A4 tearing up the highway, on my tail........all you'll get to see are my smoked tail lights before the rumble of the exhaust note blows hot steam from the RS 6 pipes and blasts me away......better luck next time, you gave it all the 4 banger could handle and she did well......

.....spotting the MTM allroad around noon. It was parked, black with 19" MTM Bi Moto wheels and MTM badges. That would have been more fun to spot on the highway....

Towards sunset, the black D3 A8 looks fantastic from the rear, I'm sure he would agree my rear end looks good as well, considering thats all he ever saw before that loud silver blur blew by him.......

The C5 A6 2.7T was quick to slide behind me on my evening deceent. Proving that quattro really can withstand the competition we dodged in and out before I shook this one off my tail by showing my brethren how to navigate evening traffic....

My late night cruise was interestig. I slid up behind what I thought to be another black D3 A8 but upon my approach I noticed a 3.2 badge as we were then side by side at the light. Upon glance, I thought it was another C5 since the headliner is the same, but then gave a glance down, to see the curved line of the redesigned door panels. Driver was a female and looked me up and down before <gasp> reving her engine?!? She smiled, then looked away. How could I resist? I gave her a GROOWL! and were off! I could tell she was shaken by our sudden launch and before we knew it were plowing down the road at 60 before she let up and I hugged a hard right - left - right into my garrage, and so the 4.2 was parked for the evening.

The C6 looks good on the road but it still looks like a C6. If youre out there mam, great drivving and I hope to run with you another day.

Default Oh theres something in the water alright...

....Its called Gary Indiana, and it is the reason I have not swam in lake Michigan since I was 14.

Seriously though, there are a lot of Audi's in Chicago, but not many C5 4.2's
