Default Way OT, but very good news, FUP from a couple months ago

A couple months ago I posted to the board about my 10 y.o. son who had a spinal fusion and was in a halo cast. Today, after 5.5 months, he finally got it off! He's doing great and very happy to be rid of it! Since a lot of you in the AudiWorld community expressed your good wishes I wanted to thank you for that, and to let you all know that something good has happened that doesn't involve new 18" wheels!
Thanks!

Default that's great!!! happy to hear that! Is he back to horseplay yet...?

or are you keeping a tight rein on that?

that's so good to hear Def! I can remember feeling pretty down upon hearing your son's condition but you seemed to have a great attitude throughout and I'm ecstatic for you guys!

take care of the little lad, he doesn't seem to have quattro like pops does...

Default Hey, great idea! I'll get him quattro!

A month or so in a *removeable* neck brace and about 3-4 months for things to 'get solid' in his neck and then he's back to some limited activites. Very limited till then but he can bath(!) and he has nothing screwed into his head anymore!
