Hi all!
I bumped into something odd...
Sometimes when i back up and then apply the brake, i hear a clunk.
If i let go of the brake and apply again there's no more noise.
If i go forward, brake hard, then go in reverse, apply the brake but still no noise.
I tried a lot of things but i was not able to duplicate the issue. It just happens sometimes, usually after a long drive with no reversre and braking in reverse.
It really sounds like it's coming from the rear but that's about all i know so far. I went under the car and could not find anything not even remotely loose.
I have all new drilled/slotted rotors and pads for a major brake job on the car but i will do the brake job later this fall.
Has anybody experienced anything like this? Does anybdy have any suggestions? I'm pretty familiar with the front end of the car but i did not do a whole lot in the rear.

Check swaybar links, esp if you upgraded your swaybars

Could be just pads slightly loose in the caliper, and shifting. BTDT.
