Default The wheels at the track are my SSR Competitions. I swap them out

THe SSR's weigh 15.5lbs 17x8.5. SO I just put track tires on them and bring em along. I have had the Ronal's since ~June 2000. THey are 18" and HEAVY : ), they weigh 29.5lbs.
I did run the Ronals the last session on Sunday(with Kumho 712's)since I had a rock dig into the tread all the way down to the cords on my V700's : (

Default Only if you plan to replace your clutch once a year

I don't have the heart to do a 5000rpm drop on the clutch to gain that edge. In fact, if driven normally, 6sp has no advantage over AMG

You don't need to abuse the clutch drop to get a good launch
