unfortunately Sloop, the prices of C5s seem to plummet daily. I know when I sold mine I thought the person got a killer deal and in hindsight and i'm glad I sold it for what I did.

I loved my C5 and did all the required maintenance and am shocked at how poorly people take care of their vehicles. I've recently started looking for a winter vehicle strictly for skiing, camping, and hauling...most likely an AR, which imho I basically a 2.7 C5 with air suspension...so you may see me more active again on this forum.

BTW, I don't think I could live with the airbrushing...my soccer teammates would ridicule me till the end of time...especially in relation to how pristine and 'aesthetically modified' my current C6 is cheers

There was a 4.2 6 speed on the audizine classifieds a couple months ago. He wanted like 3700 then temporarily dropped the price for a repair, then made the repair and put it back at the original price. It was a silver four door. Not sure if it ever sold or if he listed the mileage.
