Will achtuning's 19x8" RS4 wheels with ET of 35 fit the a6

currently have 2003 A4 but eventually get an a6 will I be able to swap these wheels on and will it be flush with the side of the car? Or do you recommend wider wheels?

You can go to et30 on the 4.2/S6 body.
