Winter wiper blade suggestions? I'd love to get Bosch, but they don't come up for my car online...
They come up when I enter my wife's Subaru, but when I put in my car they don't appear. I've tried amazon and autopartswarehouse.com. Specifically I'm looking at these Bosch ones for my wife and was hoping to get them for my Avant.
Is this a glitch or do the winter Bosch wiper blades not fit our car? I don't even see the Audi brand listed in the compatibility guide. If they don't, anyone have a suggestion for a good winter wiper pair (actually a trifecta sine I have the avant and a rear blade).
Also, is it 18" rear and 22" up front? I remember seeing somewhere a different passenger size blade.

All I have heard is negative about them in the winter. Ice builds up and pulls them away.
The best winter blades the the big ugly ones that are wrapped in rubber to keep the moving parts from freezing. I was hoping as you are that the Icons were better, but I have heard they are actually worse. My brother switches his out to the old style on his Allroad during the winter because they are so crappy. He lived across the street from a ski resort so he had to deal with this problem more than most.

I've had fewer problems with the icons than the old style
Where I live we get alot of ice/rain/snow mix weather, where I found that the old style would stil let enough water to seep in to stiffen the joints, requiring me to go out and manually break up the ice inside of them from time to time, with the Icons I've not had to do that at all since there are no moving parts at all.
