Hey there,

Apparently I have the same problem as you. Did you ever solve it? How?

Finally I have the problem solved.
The issue was a tube was squeezed due radiator heat.

The dealer at livermore,ca changed the PCM (aleast not on my money). What a bunch of morons? Finally one of the technician at the same service center did the trick.

Hi can you tell me where this is located? My 2005 A6 seem to be having the same problem. The MIL light went away during the winter and now is back.

I would guess "due radiator heat" look around the radiator.

Very intuitive. Who would have thought?
Things are pretty crowded and hidden in that area, just thought it might be easier if I had an exact location, at least which side or maybe a picture of it on the car for reference.

3.2 aren't as crowded as the 4.2. Pop your bumper off, you'll have more head room to look around.

Default codes P2404 and P2006, P2007

I am the proud new owner of an '05 A6 3.2Q, and she is throwing same code, P2404. I appreciate the help! Plan on removing bumper to assist in getting into these tight spots. She is also throwing codes P2006, and P2007. any assistance on these?
