2006 A6 Navigation System
Hi, I'm in the process of buying a 2006 A6. It has the small antenna above the back window and the "Nav" button on the console. But when I tried it the display say that the Navigation system is not installed?
Does this mean there is no Nav. system in the car or is the system CD based and there is no CD?

No Nav. The antenna and "Nav" button are standard for MMI, but the heart is in the trunk.
Without the actual Nav DVD drive unit in the trunk and the car coded for Nav you get the display saying "Navigation system not installed" when you press the "Nav" button.
