Improvements to BT, Nav, XM reception, radio controls, phone, and a bunch of other stuff I can't remember. I have an early 2005, so it was a huge improvement for me. Hard to tell how big a deal it would be for you.

I'll look into it. So far the only problems with BT that I've had have been phone related. But i'll ask for an MMI update next time my car is in for something else.

The panel surrounding the ignition rattles sometimes on the highway. Also, it sounds like the rear decklid where the speakers are in the back rattles on the highway as well.
Could just be these crappy Jersey roads. I hadn't noticed them before. Then again I usually drive with music on.
