Looks rather classic to me. If it only happens during initial start-up and goes away within 5 minutes or so then it is most likely valve stem seals. If it continues to the same degree even after warm-up then worn piston rings become suspect though intake valve seals could still be suspect. If you gun it going down the road and you generate a thick blue-gray cloud then you more like have a ring problem in at least one cylinder (probably bank 1) and possibly something more serious. A compression test is usually done next to determine ring(s) status.
