I purchased a Certified 2005 A6 a year ago. The original warranty has now expired and I'm into the certified warranty. I'm confused as to what it covers. I've got the 55,000 service coming up soon; does the warranty cover this? If not, what does it cover? Thanks for your help!

BTW- there's some "crazing" on the wood around the gearshift/mmi and the "chrome" trim has faded and isn't shiny anymore. I had no luck getting Audi to replace it under the original warranty. Any suggestions?

Audi's CPO is a named-component warranty, unlike your original bumber-to-bumper warranty. Check the language carefully. If a part fails and is not specifically named as covered in the warranty, the repair is on your nickel.
