I use Mark at AutoWorks. Great guy and quality work. They focus on Audi, Porsche, Mercedes Benz.

I hate McDonald Audi. Overpriced, inexperienced and rude.

Prestige Audi has been pretty good, but too far away since I live down south.

I've also heard good things about 3ZERO3, but further North than Prestige.

Default Bad dealership

Definitely stay away from McDonald Audi. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!! Leased my car there, got a screw job, they DO NOT respond when I called to try and fix the problem. Finally bought out of the lease at Phil Long Audi in Colorado Springs. McDonalds maintenance is the worst I've experienced in my entire life. They could not even find why my tire was leaking. Phil long took out the screw that was causing the problem. Drive South a bit to Phil Long Audi, Very professional, through and friendly. Good folks!

I will try Phil Long in Co Springs then. I believe my lower arms are shot and it should be covered by the Audi certified warranty. So that's why I need Audi dealership as my warranty will be expiring in August.

I used to service my B5 Passat in McDonald and had really good experience, but that was 10 years ago. I've heard about the slide and just wanted to make sure as McDonald is bombarding me with e-mails and junk mail.

Thanks all for your replies.
