Completed MMI Upgrade to 4140

Never mind the question on how to find the version of MMI (I'm on 4610) - read the upgrade instructions (Setup+Return). Also, the Dynamic radio list was a FM setup profile value. So that is fixed too... but the temp/fan speed etc are still not showing up on the MMI display
