Default Cracked Hose / Vacuum Line CEL

I recently got a CEL for a small leak P0456. After some looking around I found a line that is cracked, could it be throwing the code? What is that line called?

That definitely looks like it could yield such a code...almost all vacuum leaks will yield codes and seems like a pretty straight-forward fix.

Got it. Was looking to find a replacement online, but wasntw able to find the part. Also, does the CEL have to be cleared via vcds or does it go away after the problem is fixed?

Rather than replace the part why not just cut off the section which is cracked and replace with something like this:
https://www.autozone.com/fittings-an...uestid=1188866

The CEL will usually clear after a given period of time, or I'd just go to any auto store and just get an OBD2 scanner and clear faults.

That vacuum pipe is probably P/N 4F0-611-931-CL, which lists for the low, low price of $118 (sells for $87.79) on www.genuineauidparts.com. Looking at the layout in ETKA 7, this vacuum pipe connects to the vacuum pump, and provides vacuum to the brake servo. Rather than buy another pipe assembly, I would try sealing that crack in the plastic pipe.
