DRL bulb replacement w/LED?
Hi folks,
I was wondering if anyone has replaced the stock DRL bulb with something 'better'? I'd seen somewhere on the interweb of a LED replacement, but looking for something that not only works well, but looks good.

There's a few posts about this. From my experience and searching, you can get an LED DRL bulb but they do tend to flash every so often due to the audi canbus bulb checker. You can add a resistor as well, I'm just not a fan of resistors inside headlights.

how do you remove the 1156 bulb from the headlight assembly of the A8 ? do you twist, pull or push and turn the plastic "T" that extends from the back of the bulb area ? thanks for the links on bulbs. there are some great prices there..
