Broken axles wouldn't affect rideheight, so your comparison there is incorrect.
I'm surprised you can turn the front wheels with them down like that (or can you?)

have a (static) pic with the wheels all the way up?

very NICE!! love the wheels and the grill. I am not myself a big fan of top of wheels hidden in the wheel well, but the car looks outstanding. Where did u get the S6 grill from? part #? what kind of suspension?

These were shot with my Nikon D300 looking through a Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8 lens. I had a Cokin-P system filter stage holding one ND4, Graduated Grey and Graduated Tobacco filter.

The car can move forwards and backwards and I can turn the steering wheel about 90 degrees, but I don't dare drive down that low- God only knows what would happen. I'll post a picture of the suspension raised all the way. It does look odd up that high as I'm wearing 235/30/20 Falken 452 Tires. My normal rideheight is about an inch from wheel to fender.

Thanks The tucked wheel look isn't for everybody- you wouln't believe how many "your car is broken" comments I've received from neighbors already! I purchased the grille from member "dporschey" here on AW- I'll try and dig up a part # for you.

It looks... like your axels broke.

Can you even drive it like that?

And why would you?

In fact, I'm not a fan of 20" wheels on A6 in general... they look out of proportion to me.. a little comical.

But, hey, that's my preference. I'm sure there are plenty that dig that look.

Beautiful photography though.... very nicely done.
+2. But I am very impressed with the computer skills.

Very nice ride...

I myself have a set of 20x9 MRR wheels (HR-6).. 255/30/20
But, just dropped with H&R's

I will post pictures soon...
I too have your color combination...

(put a smile on my face)
Gave me a very good idea of what my car will look like when I slap the wheels on...

Cheers my friend!
Hats off to the ride..
Camera/PC work is on point too!

mikegilbert...........love what you've done! I personally like seeing a car slammed while it's parked. That extra aesthetic.

am ver.........check elementwheels.com. They have a good selection, free shipping, and they were really helpful with fitment. As a matter of fact, they had just worked on a C6 when I ordered mine so this dude name Robert was right on point when talking about what will/won't work ie. size, drop, etc.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but I think it really detracts from the car when its totally lowered. Not my look at all.

As long as you love it then it's all that really matters.
