Stumbled upon a beautiful A6 Avant that was everything I wanted out of the A4 Avant...
And with the closeouts on the 2008 the price was pretty much the same as well.
And I still get a full size spare AND roller-pin hinges :-)

Hey Hokie - what model year? Did you get a deal on a 2008 or did you opt for the 2009?
Either way, IMO the A6 is one nice car. This is my first Audi and so far I'm thourghly enjoying the experience.
